The experience starts when you use the appointment request feature below, call the studio to schedule your appointment or use our online booking system if you'd like to book right away. Your appointment request will be received by our team and you'll receive a welcome message back within 12 hours, with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless. If you've chosen to book directly online we will reach out to make sure your service looks correct. We will collect a 50% deposit upon booking to reserve your appointment time.

A welcome email with pre and post care instructions will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment. Prep information can also be found on the tab labeled by your desired service. Please have use the electronic signature feature to sign our policies and consent forms after you've filled out the questionnaire. Fill out and submit your forms before your first appointment.

Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, we're in Suite P. Our wonderful front desk specialist will welcome you in and show you around our cute little studio. We ask that you freshen up before seeing your service specialist. Your Esthetician will meet you in the lobby at your appointment time and show you to the treatment room. Next, we'll ask you if you'd like our Sweet Cheeks cocktail shot. It's a little liquid courage for our intimate sugaring clients *always optional of course*.

Your Esthetician will start with a thorough analysis of your skin, lashes or brows to create a custom blend of products that will be designed just for your skin or hair type. We have a wide variety of amenities to keep you feeling comfortable throughout your visit with us.

A welcome bag filled with post care instructions and aftercare samples will be given to you so your skin, lashes or brows stay in top shape until we see you again.
